SPIRIT GALLERY IS OFFICIALLY OPENED

In showcasing the outstanding banknote and passport work that has been accomplished by NPA since the issuing of the first polymer banknote in 1988, the new Spirit Gallery display was officially opened on 27 November 2024.

NPA Chair and RBA Assistant Governor Christopher Kent was on-hand to meet some of the NPA management team and cut the ribbon to open a display that highlights 19 significant projects undertaken by NPA across the last 36 years.

In presenting NPA’s history in a modern and vibrant way, the Spirit Gallery is a display that all staff can be extremely proud of. Similarly, central bank customers coming on site for meetings can also take a moment to see where they fit into NPA's security printing history.
